Flyers are avabile in the office regarding participation our QC ACES ALL_STAR CHEERLEADING PROGRAMS for the 2010 - 2011 season!  QCGA is pleased to offer two teams for the AC ACES program! COMPETITIVE USAG JUNIOR OLYMPIC TEAM

Now is the time of year when QCGA students have the opportunity to become members of  USAG Junior Olympic Team or  1KG Pre-Team.  A 2-hour per week commitment is required for Pre-Team and a 6 hour per week commitment is required for USAG Junior Olympic Team. Pre-Team meets on Tuesdays from 4-6pm. The fee is $88/mo. 

Most of our students are likely candidates to participate in our TEAM program. If this is of interest to you, an informational flyer is available in the office upon request!

We would love to have as many of our students experience the benefits of participation in JUNIOR OLYMPICS!

QCGA  ABSENCE/PAYMENT POLICY

Pro-rated fees for absences at QCGA are not allowed!

If it is necessary for you to take a leave of absence from QCGA, your spot in class can only be guaranteed for return if payment in full has been made during your absence! Thank you for your understanding!

QCGA PARKING LOT AND DRIVE SAFETY

With such a large number of young children in and around QCGA lot and drive, PLEASE use EXTRA caution when parking, entering and exiting the lot/drive. We must insist that a 5-mph speed limit be maintained! This is for the safety of all!

PAYMENT PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

1.                    Payment is due the first lesson of each month.

2.                    Please write child’s name on your check.

3.                    Prorate fees are not allowed except in case of extended illness or injury.

4.                    Prorate fees will be offered for gym closures due to holidays or bad weather when applicable. You will be informed when prorate fees will be in effect.

5.                    ABSENCE POLICY:  Please notify 1KG in advance if possible should an absence occur. PLEASE notify QCGA if you should no longer choose to participate in our program!

6.                    Family discount policy- A discount will be given  to

families who participate in more than one hour per week.

7.             Make-up lessons are not offered at QCGA. Thank you for your

                understanding!

8.             10% late payment fee if not received by the 15^th of each month!

9.             IF you must take a leave of absence from QCGA, your spot can

only be guaranteed for return, if payment in full has been made

during your absence, otherwise your spot will be given to someone on our waiting list!

NOTE:

We also would like to remind of the importance of making payment to QCGA during the first week of each month. In order for us to pay our bills on time, it is very important that payment to QCGA be made on time. REMEMBER: payment for lessons at QCGA is due during the first week of each month. If your student does not attend during that first week, please mail your payment. We really appreciate your cooperation in this matter! Thank You!
