CLOSURE DATES/PRORATES:

September 29, & 30th               QCGA closed (Extra Days)
November 26th, 27th, 28th       QCGA closed (Thanksgiving)
December 24th -  Jan 1st          QCGA closed (Christmas)

Due to available extra day, PRORATES fees for upcoming closures will be in effect ONLY for THURSDAY  students in DECEMBER.  The fee for Thursday students in December is $36.00.  Listed below are the substitution dates for closures in August - December 2009.

October 29th         substitutes for   November 26th
October 31st         substitutes for   November 28th
November 30th      substitutes for  December 28th

QCGA FEE STRUCTURE:
1 class/wk           $48/month
2 class/wk           $88/month
3 class/wk         $130/month
4 class/wk         $170/month


QCGA Apparel/Leotard Sale:

Please watch for information coming in OCTOBER in regards to our QCGA apparel and leotard sale.  We will have a new design and new colors for out T-shirts and hoodies.

Payment Reminder:
We would like to remind of the importance of making payment to QCGA during the first week of each month.  In order for us to pay our bills on time, it is very importance that payment to QCGA be made on time. REMEMBER: payment for lessons at QCGA is due during the first week of each month.  If your student foes not attend first that first week, please mail your payment.  We really appreciate your cooperation in this matter.  Thank you.

QCGA Winter Weather Closures:
Sometimes QCGA must cancel classes due to unsafe weather conditions.  If such a case, QCGA members can be informed of closures by 2 ways: visiting our website ( www.qcga.com) or by calling our answering machine at 309-787-0205.  If weather is in question, please check before you attempt to attend class.

QCGA Parking Lot and Drive Safety:
With such a large number of young children in and around the QCGA lot and drive, PLEASE use EXTRA caution when parking , entering and exiting the lot/drive.  We must insist that a 5 mph speed limit be maintained! This is for the safety off all.
